To reduce administrative work for both SOLS and client libraries, we
initiated a new payment process for workshop fees in 2006. There is no need to
send a separate cheque for each workshop registration; libraries will be
invoiced twice per year in June and December for all registrants. Invoices may
be paid by cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Individuals who are
not reimbursed by their libraries may still bring a personal cheque to the
workshop. Please ensure that this change in payment policy is communicated, as
appropriate, within your library system.
