  • Bookspot.com by StartSpot Mediaworks, developer and publisher of a family of information sweet spots designed to make finding the best category-specific information on the World Wide Web a quick, easy and enjoyable experience. See Reading Lists
  • Fantastic Fiction (UK) Bibliographies for over 7000 authors. Use the browse menu on the left to find an author by surname, or use the search boxes on the right to search for an author or book Information on over 140,000 books. Throughout the site, just click on a book to see its cover picture, description and publication details.
  • Inter-Play (Portland State University, Oregon) An on-line index to plays in collections, anthologies and periodicals
  • The Litblog co-op(Powell's Books) "Unites twenty-one leading literary weblogs for the purpose of drawing attention to the best of contemporary fiction, authors and presses that are struggling to be noticed in a flooded marketplace. Participating bloggers will discuss quarterly selections at theLBC website, as well as on their own blogs, with each member bringing their own unique perspective and ideas to coverage of the book."
  • Subject Index to Literature on Electronic Sources of Information (Univ. of Saskatchewan Library) and the accompanying Electronic Sources of Information: A Bibliography (listing all indexed items) deal with all aspects of electronic publishing and include print and non-print materials, periodical articles, monographs and individual chapters in collected works. Over 900 titles were identified and indexed in great detail for this project. Thousands of URLs (Uniform Resource Locators) were added to various entries. Both the Index and the Bibliography are continuously updated.
  • Whichbook.net Developed as part of the Society of Chief Librarians' Branching Out project this program is designed to help readers to choose something different from a range of contemporary fiction. You can search by your mood or by the book's or by the book's content.

  • Bookwire The site provides links to an array of Bowker products, including Booksinprint.com and Ulrichsweb.com. We also provide articles on the latest industry news, access to literary journals and reviews, and an expansive directory of book sites around the world. Users can also search updated bestseller lists, find listings of literary events, and read author interviews.
