Leadership by Design - Trustee Training
Description
The Ontario Library Boards Association has developed an excellent model
for trustees called Leadership by Design. With our funding support, OLBA
is designing a component entitled Networking with Our Peers and will
provide train-the-trainer sessions for OLS staff. The program will then
be offered to trustees province-wide through ten full day sessions (five
in southern Ontario and five in northern Ontario). Sessions will be
managed by the respective OLS and subject to their respective travel
expense policy.
