Trustee Tips

A component of the Library Trustee Development Program                         Français

Trustee Tips is a series of bulletins on topics of concern to library board members. Originally conceived as part of the Library Trustee Development Program, and available through a subscription, the publications are now available free of charge from our website. The titles in the series, along with the original publication dates, are listed here. Please note that all of the publications are in .pdf format, except Trustee Tips #6. Trustee 20/20 was a series of four self-study modules that were produced in the mid-1990s to provide more in-depth information on topics such as the board’s role in the planning process and in CEO’s performance appraisal.  Modules can be completed individually or as part of a board training session. Two of the titles are still available through our website and are shown in the list below.
