Existing Connectivity Participating Libraries In July 2004, SOLS issued a tender and selected new Vendors of Record. In March 2005, libraries were notified of their Vendor of Record options and directed to arrange service directly with their new vendor effective May 1, 2005. They were also required to register as the customer of record and receive and pay all invoices. All requests for reimbursement are to be submitted to SOLS on a quarterly basis using the form below.
