Basis for Agreement

This CPA Agreement is based on Request for Proposal to supply Large Print Books for libraries across Southern Ontario.

Shipping and invoicing is direct between the ordering library and S&B Books.
Turn-around time 24 hours for in-stock bestsellers 95 % of all other orders will be received between 30 and 90 days. Standing Order and automatic release program available upon request for greater savings. 

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or email. (see information below).

Shipments will be sent via Canada Post, UPS.
