This CPA is a result of a Request for Proposal that was issued to every known provider of turn-key library automation systems in North America. Mandarin Library Automation Incorporated was the successful vendor for both single and multi-site applications and since several Ontario Public libraries are using Mandarin systems, a need for service and support was identified.
