Basis for Agreement This CPA Agreement is based on Request for Proposal to supply DVD’s to libraries across Southern Ontario.

General Terms and Conditions

The average fulfillment time for DVD orders will be about 14 days.  Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or email. Delivery will be made via Purolator.
