This CPA Agreement is based on Request for Proposal to supply
collection material and processing services for libraries across
Ontario.

Orders can be entered online at
www.whitehots.com and
SOLS can be billed directly when libraries are using $15M
library credits. Libraries are to
create a login. When libraries sign in they will be able to transmit
orders and view the titles within the collection lists.
Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or email. (see information below).
Shipments will be sent via Canada Post, UPS.
