EXCEL is a practical, flexible, distance education program that provides an opportunity to upgrade library skills and management techniques. Students can complete individual courses based on interest or can choose to pursue the EXCEL Certificate Program.

EXCEL is specifically designed for public library staff or volunteers who have little or no formal library training. This program is only open to those currently working or volunteering in a public library in the province of Ontario (Canada).
