Help and Support

  1. The Archambault site has a "General Help" area for support with searching, downloading, mobile devices and ebook readers, and more.
  2. Libraries are expected to troubleshoot technical issues, as stated in the participation agreement.

  4. Questions about the collection and the Archambault website can be sent to Beth Harding.
  5. Please do not have patrons contact either Beth or Archambault directly - library staff must initiate all help requests.
