OverDrive Advantage Program

Want an audiobook or eBook collection that's only available to your library patrons?

OverDrive's Advantage program gives libraries that are members of the shared collection the ability to purchase popular titles with their own funds - exclusively for their patrons - on our shared collection website.

Patrons whose member libraries have added Advantage titles will get access to those titles only after they log in (i.e. enter a valid library card).  OverDrive Advantage libraries can purchase additional copies of popular titles that are already in the shared collection, as well as titles that are not yet available.

Libraries are reminded that in order to participate in Advantage, they still have to contribute funds to the shared collection, and should keep this in mind as they plan their eBook and audiobook budgets going forward. Libraries who want MARC records for their own Advantage collections must purchase those as well.

For more information on the program, please visit the Advantage web site. This site will direct you to the Sales department at OverDrive, who will then help you with the enrollment process.
