  • Use the Help section in OverDrive to see if it answers some of your basic questions.
  • Support requests from library staff should be submitted to OverDrive via the support form in Marketplace.
    The form is only accessible to Marketplace account holders. If additional Marketplace accounts are needed for library staff, please contact Dayna Lintner, the Marketplace administrator for SOLS. 

OverDrive Test Drive Program

  • OverDrive Test Drive is a program that enables your library to offer eBook devices for demonstration and lending. OverDrive provides guidelines, recommendations, best practices and promotional materials to help you successfully integrate eBook devices into your everyday services, all within publisher copyrights and library lending policies.
