Collective Purchasing

SOLS negotiates collective purchasing agreements (CPAs) with vendors for all public libraries in Ontario.  Use of SOLS CPAs is voluntary, but when more libraries buy through a CPA, it helps us negotiate even better prices in the future.

Our current CPAs focus on Library Supplies & Services, Collections, HardwareSoftware as a Service, Robotics and Makerspaces.
